Sadie Amara Calvano is an actor from America that has gained fame for portraying Violet Plunkett in the CBS sitcom "Mom'. Calvano grew up in California she was initially interested in competitive gymnastics. However, she later chose to make a move acting. Her screen debut came in 2010 in one of the episodes from CBS series "NCIS,". The actress made her debut on the big screen one year later in the biographical drama film "J Edgar". She was one of the best young actors in the industry over the next few years. For her performance in 'NCIS', she received a nomination for the Young Artist Award for Best Performance on a Television Series Guest-starring Young Actress 11-15 years old in the year 2011. In 2013, as the role of a guest on Disney XD's "Kickin' It Comedy Series, she received another nomination for an Young Artist Award. Calvano was featured in a variety of episodes of "Mom" in the 4th season. She was a main role in the initial three seasons of the series. Her outing in 'Mom' was recognized with the Gracie Allen Award for Outstanding Female Actor - Rising Star in the year 2015.
