Ullerup was Ashley Magnus in the first and second seasons of the television show Sanctuary until the character was removed from the show. A lot of fans demanded her return even though the show had been cancelled. In the year 2016, Ullerup was cast as Bree O'Brien in Chesapeake Shores. Ullerup was cast as Maggie Thomas, Michael Thomas' estranged spouse, in Asteroid: Final Impact (2005). In 2016 Ullerup has had a recurring role in the role of Dale Travers in Hallmark's Signed, Sealed, Delivered films series.
